StockSync is designed for any business managing inventory across multiple physical locations — plumbing supply shops, hardware stores, auto parts distributors, food service suppliers, and more. If you have stock in more than one place, StockSync helps you see it all in one dashboard.

Yes. The Starter plan is free and includes up to 2 locations and 50 products. It is a great way to try StockSync and see if it fits your workflow before upgrading.

You can add products individually through the dashboard right now. Bulk import via CSV is on our roadmap and coming soon for Pro and Business plans.

You create a transfer request specifying the product, source location, destination, and quantity. The transfer starts as pending — when you confirm it, stock is automatically deducted from the source and added to the destination.

Each product has a configurable minimum stock threshold. When the quantity at any location drops to or below that level, StockSync creates an alert on your dashboard. You can resolve alerts once you have replenished.

Absolutely. StockSync runs on Cloudflare's global network with encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is isolated per account, and we never share it with third parties.
